- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required 2. Cases: PCU/stepdown and med/surg patients; medicine services; patient diagnoses include bacteremia, CKD, COPD, AMS, anemia/GIB, FTT, falls, ABD pain, SI/med hold 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: Ohio RN license required; valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC documentation 7. Shifts/Call: Must be comfortable with charge-capable on nights; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off days; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6+ months; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 24 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only 16.
