- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have at least 1 year of current specialty experience for clinical pass; must have required PCU work experience; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years 2. Cases: Surgical Oncology (breast, thyroid, melanoma), Hepatobiliary (liver, pancreas, spleen, biliary tract cancers, neuroendocrine), Colorectal (colon, rectal cancer), Plastics (reconstructive breast cancer or sarcoma), Ortho surgery, Cardio Thoracic surgery 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; ONS Chemo preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 12D/N rotating contract with days, nights, or combination based on department needs; may float to other acute care Oncology units 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
