Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of current specialty experience for clinical pass 2. Cases: Oncology experience preferred but not required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, NIHSS also listed; charge experience preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: D/N or Nights; rotating 12D/N contract may include days, nights, or combination based on department needs; weekend shifts vary by unit requirements 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible as travelers at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after signing contract 12. Modules: 72 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only; COVID-19 vaccine not required 16.
