- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for required prior to travel; 18 months recent Stepdown experience required (travel experience will suffice) 2. Cases: PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required in hand at submission; facility does not accept any license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s only, D/N rotating shifts 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date; one reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but will not accept traveler with open case 12.
