- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months of PERMANENT experience in specialty applying for prior to travel; 18 months of recent Stepdown experience required 2. Cases: HVTI-Stepdown unit; PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required; must be ACTIVE with nothing pending 4. License: PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at submission; compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's only, D/N rotating shift 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date; one reference from manager/ANM/supervisor/director in specialty required 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same BR; travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 11. Background: BG hits reviewed but will not accept traveler with open case; facility does not accept any license hits 12.
