- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months of permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel; 18 months of recent Stepdown experience required (travel experience will suffice) 2. Cases: Stepdown unit; PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Must have permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission; compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: D/N rotating shift 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm; must work at least every other holiday; 3x12's only 8. RTO: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11.
