- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Vents, trach, and G tube experience required; 1:4 ratio experience required 3. Certifications: BCLS and PALS required; IL RN License required in hand at submission 4. License: Valid IL RN license required in hand for submission (Compact RN Licenses not accepted in IL; can take up to 3 months to issue) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; on-call not required; guaranteed 36 hours for 3-12 hour shifts, 48 hours for 4-12 hour shifts, 40 hours for shifts less than 12 hours 8. RTO: Must be approved and included in contract prior to start date; no RTO may be added after contract has started 9. Returning Staff: Facility will not consider previous staff members for travel assignments; do not submit if traveler previously worked as permanent staff at La Rabida or affiliated clinics 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate as travelers 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Modules are not required 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Any color, neat and clean; pediatric themed encouraged 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - accepts medical and religious exemptions 16.
