- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years current TELE/PCU/Stepdown experience required 2. Cases: TELE/PCU/Stepdown cases 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH/NIHSS, AVADE Level 1&2; copies required at submission 4. License: WV or compact license required; active compact or state license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 84 hours per two weeks (3x12 one week, 4x12 next week); every other weekend required 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented upfront, no changes accepted; must work either major or minor holiday 9. Returning Staff: After one year, minimum 6 month break required before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered 11.
