- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years IMC experience required (hard stop); transplant experience required 2. Cases: Post-operative care for vascular, kidney, and liver transplant patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; AHA only for BLS/ACLS; CPI Certificate required for most units (Calm Every Storm online version only acceptable) 4. License: Active MD or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shifts 19:00-07:30, every third weekend required, holidays required as scheduled, on-call not required, floating required within specialty and other units 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission, cannot be changed once offered, should not exceed 7 days, if more than 4 consecutive days an additional week added to contract 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away at least 6 months from system 10.
