Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; first timers accepted 2. Cases: Neuro/Stroke PCU floor, respiratory, cardiac, mixed medical patients; titrating cardiac drips required with continuous telemetry monitoring; PCU level patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; Pyxis, SBAR systems used 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend unless specified; no call required; 1:4 ratio days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; required with submission; Spring Break blackout dates April 4th-12th; no holiday RTO if 1-2 major holidays in assignment; one holiday RTO request possible if 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Must be away 1 full year from all Piedmont facilities; complete one successful assignment outside Piedmont if deemed unable to return to specific facility 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, hours factored in NBO; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue required 15.
