- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred 2. Cases: Standard Medical Intermediate Care Unit: GIB, PNA, SEPSIS, respiratory diseases; Stroke/Neuro patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required; CPI also listed 4. License: NM/Compact license accepted (must be obtained prior to start) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: IMC Nights, option of 36 or 48hrs; patient ratio 4:1; minimum 6 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Maximum 4 days can be auto approved; all RTO must be listed at time of submittal; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler 10.
