- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year nurses on case by case basis 2. Cases: LTAC MS/Tele; patient diagnoses include acute respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation, sepsis, osteomyelitis, acute renal failure, pneumonia, heart failure, flap, post COVID 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required 4. License: Pending license accepted, must get it before starting 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: Night shifts, 1:6 ratios; on-call required (2 on call OR 2 additional shifts per 6 weeks); weekend coverage as needed; floating required based on critical staffing needs to lower level of care within skillset 8. RTO: All RTO must be included on initial submission; RTO requested after the fact will not be considered 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff cannot return to any SRHS facility as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75 mile radius for travel; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
