- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years preferred; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: Nephrology Telemetry; patient diagnoses include COVID, unstable cardiac (HF, a-fib, MI, etc.), renal failure 3. Certifications: BCLS and NIH required; NIHSS required; All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline; certifications not required at submittal unless noted 4. License: Valid state license required at submission; MO license or compact license required; compact license must match permanent residence state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system; EPIC experience required for certain units 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 1:5-6; no on-call required; may float to similar units; 36 guaranteed hours for 3-12s 8. RTO: No more than 7 days RTO per 13 week contract; no RTO first week; RTO must be on submittal and cannot be changed 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; standard travelers can stay 18 months then take 3 month break 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75 mile radius accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
