Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Acute stroke patients and neurological disorders; medical patients; patient ratio 1:5 to 1:7 for MedSurg 3. Certifications: ACLS/BLS and NIH required 4. License: NY license required in hand - no exceptions 5. Education: Foreign education must be verified - alert account manager at submittal 6. EMR: EPIC experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days; floating required within skillset 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted; must be 75 mile radius 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any combo of navy and white 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Cardiac monitoring, nasal cannula, oxygen face masks, portable oxygen tank, peripheral line care equipment Critical: Weekend coverage required (every other weekend). Multiple job submissions allowed.
