Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year minimum required experience 2. Cases: Hematology/Oncology unit with bone marrow transplant program; post PCI, pacemakers, AICDS, post MI patients; cardiac pharmacological interventions 3. Certifications: Chemo Cert, ACLS/BLS, NIHSS required; OCN, ONS/ONCC preferred 4. License: NY license required in hand to submit - no exceptions 5. Education: Not specified; alert account manager if traveler has foreign education needing verification 6. EMR: Epic experience is a hard requirement; must be proficient in EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 MID 0300a-1500p; every other weekend; no call required 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; two pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Must be more than 75 mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required; first time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any combo of navy and white 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
