- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 plus years current MS/Tele experience required 2. Cases: MS/Tele; Post MI, Post TPA care, CVA, Post Cardiac Angiogram, cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmias management 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH required; copies required at submission 4. License: KY or compact license required; active license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 84 hours per two weeks (one week 3x12, next week 4x12); every other weekend required 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented upfront with no changes; must work either major or minor holiday 9. Returning Staff: After working one year, must take minimum 6 month break before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered 11.
