- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Patient ratio experience 1:4 required; oncology cases (chemo administration not required per manager) 3. Certifications: BLS, Basic Dysrhythmia, ACLS required; Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required; copies required at submission 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits; current and valid DL required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights, 19:00-07:30; float required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO allowed; no block scheduling 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: No license hits allowed - immediate rejection if submitted 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; billable (non-clinical) and non-billable (clinical); completed during orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14.
