Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry experience; Pacemakers; IV insulin protocols, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) 3. Certifications: BLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS & ACLS required prior to start date 4. License: No pending state license accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3X12 Nights, 19:00-07:00; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13 weeks; NO HOLIDAY RTO at all 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Current valid DL or State ID required AND utility bill in traveler's name with matching address within last 3 months 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; billable (non-clinical) and non-billable (clinical); completed during orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: None Critical: Patient ratio 6:1; must be willing to float to other Integris facilities; 2 supervisory references required; 1 submittal allowed per traveler to all Integris campuses; no block scheduling requests.
