Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for ALL specialties; 3+ years preferable 2. Cases: Med Surg Oncology Experience; Level I Trauma Experience Required; some oncology on unit; primary surgical oncology patients with medical oncology overflow and medical-surgical overflow 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required; plan to renew must be clearly listed if expiring during assignment 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact license required 5. Education: ADN allowed (BSN only required for specific positions not applicable to this unit) 6. EMR: Cerner Experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-Call as needed; 48s or 36s; patient ratios 6:1 days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; facility will NOT honor RTO included after submittal; must work 2 of 3 holidays if Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years fall during assignment; must work 1 of 2 if only 2 holidays fall during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Former employees must be separated for one year before eligible to return as traveler; must reach out to AM to ensure eligibility for rehire 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius rule; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
