- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry cases 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license required in hand at submission; compact state licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Qualivis Lotus used for submitting hours worked 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7am-7:30pm 8. RTO: All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travelers may submit for 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but will not accept traveler with open case; facility does not accept license hits 12. Modules: 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable; average 6-15 hours; completed pre-start via Silkroad; annual modules billable up to 4 hours 13.
