- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry cases 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7am-7:30pm 8. RTO: Must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travelers limited to 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but no open cases accepted; no license hits accepted 12.
