- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; must have 1+ years of recent experience in unit 2. Cases: Stroke/TIA, Seizure, Syncope, PNA, Chest Pain, Dialysis, Acute Kidney failure, Post Heart Cath, Respiratory Failure, Encephalopathy, CHF, Sepsis 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: TN active RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1 year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required 7. Shifts/Call: 18:45-07:15 3x12; every other weekend coverage; float required; patient ratio 1:6 nights, 1:6 days/weekends 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from every Prisma facility for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; local radius 60 miles for CRNAs only 11. Background: Not specified 12.
