- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; accepts first time travelers 2. Cases: Med/Surg, Telemetry, Post Surgical, CVA, diabetes, renal disease, COPD, pneumonia, cellulitis, Covid patients 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license in hand mandatory at time of submission; Nursys and/or IEMA pulled within last 30 days 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s PM 1900-0730; Float required to other Med Surg units 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off requests; finalized RTO required for submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: License and/or background hits must be disclosed at time of submission with written statement 12. Modules: Modules are not required 13.
