- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years MS/Tele experience required 2. Cases: General Medical Surgical, COVID, TB, all negative pressure rooms 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating 3x12s and 4x12s every other week, or straight 4x12s; no straight 3x12 schedules; no on-call; float requirement and weekend requirement 8. RTO: Less than 5 days or add time to end of contract; more than 1 week RTO must add to end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at any LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10.
