Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within last 3 years in the specialty required 2. Cases: Medical-surgical patients including COPD, heart failure, HTN, DM, infections, orthopedic surgeries, bariatric procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required - AHA ONLY; must pass Telemetry test prior to start with strict criteria 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night 12-hour shifts, 1900-0730; weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off in contract; manager review/approval required 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals are not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 20 orientation hours; orientation held every other week 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted in some units 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
