- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years current experience required 2. Cases: Must have prior Cardiac Tele and Nephrology Med/Surg experience 3. Certifications: BLS-AHA and NIHSS required; ACLS preferred; must be in hand at time of submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at time of submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend requirement every other or two per month; patient ratios 1:6 days, 1:7 nights/weekends; float required 8.
