Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (2 years unless specifically stated otherwise) 2. Cases: Med Surg/Tele floor cases 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be in hand to submit 4. License: TN or compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required within last 12 months; must pass competency exam (1 attempt, will cancel if fail) 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 1845-0715; no on call but may float to other MS/Tele units or ICU (low acuity) 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved; pre-approved time off limited to one 9. Returning Staff: Note if return traveler for staffing contact review 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travelers required to float unless stated otherwise 11. Background: Ensure any known background hits are highlighted in submission for review 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions 16.
