Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience; must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele prior to travel 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Recent Epic charting experience within last 6 months required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30am; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: Must be discussed during interview and included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but will not accept travelers with open cases; facility does not accept license hits 12. Modules: 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable; average 6-15 hours; completed pre-start and annually via Silkroad 13.
