Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (HARD STOP) 2. Cases: Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: No pending state license accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 7p-7a; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles; 6 weekend shifts in 6-week schedule 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; NO HOLIDAY RTO 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius requirement; locals NOT eligible; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Driver's license must be included with submission; utility bill in traveler's name required 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; billable (non-clinical) and non-billable (clinical); completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: No block scheduling requests accepted. Patient ratio 5-6.
