Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience required 2. Cases: Palliative care for patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses; symptom management; end-of-life comfort care 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS noted in system 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12D/N rotating shifts; may be scheduled for days, nights, or combination based on department needs; patient ratios 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; previous travel experience preferred 11. Background: Must complete fingerprints as soon as contract signed; strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start 12. Modules: 72 orientation hours; travelers starting before 7/1 will float to inpatient units until training complete 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required. Two professional references required with at least one from manager/director. Float required within units of equivalent or lower acuity. New unit opening 7/1/26.
