- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months of PERMANENT experience in specialty applying for prior to travel; MUST ALSO HAVE 18 months of RECENT MS/Tele experience 2. Cases: Med/Surg Tele patient population 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required; must be ACTIVE with nothing pending 4. License: PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at submission; Compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 7pm-7:30am, WEEKENDS ONLY (Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon), 3x12's ONLY 8. RTO: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same BR 11. Background: BG hits reviewed but will not accept traveler with open case; facility does not accept any license hits 12. Modules: Average 6-15 hours pre-start; 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable; recorded via Silkroad 13.
