- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel; 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry patients; potential float to units J1-2, J33 and ED for same patient population 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night rotating 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am; shifts may be variable to meet operational needs; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date; one reference from manager/ANM/supervisor/director in specialty required 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but no open cases accepted; no license hits accepted 12. Modules: 6-15 hours average; 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable; completed pre-start via Silkroad 13.
