Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience; 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: D/N rotating 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm; 3x12s; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; one job submission at a time within Cleveland Clinic system 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but no open cases accepted; no license hits accepted 12. Modules: 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable; average 6-15 hours; completed pre-start via Silkroad 13.
