- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience; 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license required in hand at time of submission; compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's only, D/N rotating shift 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 11.
