- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience; 18 months PERMANENT experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required; must be ACTIVE with nothing pending 4. License: PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission; Compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward; facility does not accept any license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's ONLY; D/N rotating shift 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm; shifts may be variable to meet operational needs; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same BR 11. Background: BG hits reviewed but will not accept any traveler with an open case 12. Modules: Average 6-15 hours completed pre-start via Silkroad; 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable 13.
