Travel/Local: ALL TRAVELERS MUST LIVE 100 MILES FROM THE FACILITY; local rule: not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4-5 hours average, non-billable, completed during orientation, included in NBO, recorded via electronic transcripts 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14.
