Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period; no call requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at submission; no RTO if 1-2 holidays in assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered if 3 holidays in assignment; Spring Break blackout April 4th-12th 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; return travelers who cancel or receive facility DNR must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying 10.
