Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; first timers accepted 2. Cases: Post MI, Heart failure, Arrhythmias, Chest pain, Peripheral Vascular Disease 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period; no call requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; blackout dates Spring Break (April 4th-12th); holiday policy varies by number of holidays in assignment period 9. Returning Staff: Must be away for 1 full year from all Piedmont facilities to return as traveler; if unable to return to one facility, must complete one successful assignment outside of Piedmont before rebooking at new location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, hours factored in NBO; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Telemetry, EKG, Doppler Critical: Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing contract. Two supervisory references highly preferred at submission (Manager or above). Patient ratio 1:5. Float required to other units as needed. Compliance document deadline is Tuesday prior to start.
