- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum; 1st timers are accepted 2. Cases: Telemetry unit with CHF, MI/Chest pain (pre- and post-cath), Dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS and NIH required 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere; no call requirements; floating within facility/scope of practice as needed 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; if one or two major holidays occur during assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if three major holidays occur, one holiday RTO request can be reviewed 9. Returning Staff: Must be away for 1 FULL YEAR from all Piedmont facilities to return as traveler; if deemed unable to return to one facility, must complete one successful assignment outside of Piedmont prior to rebooking at new location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
