- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Telemetry unit with CHF, MI/Chest pain (pre- and post-cath), Dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; also uses Pyxis, SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; no call requirements; patient ratio 1:4-5 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at submission; no post-offer requests; Spring Break blackout (April 4th-12th) 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away 1 full year; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont if cancelled/DNR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed during orientation, vary by specialty, recorded via transcripts, hours factored in NBO 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Holiday work required based on assignment period. Full compliance required within 48 hours of signing; all documents due Tuesday prior to start.
