- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERMANENT Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required, NIHSS; must be ACTIVE with nothing pending 4. License: Must have PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission; Compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am 8. RTO: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same BR 11.
