- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: 80 types of cases required; OB, Urology, Ophthalmology, Ortho, ENT, Plastics, MIS, GYN, Robotics 3. Certifications: One of the following required: CBSPD or CRST (Through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM); BLS not required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: MO or compact required (can submit without MO license); IL license required in hand at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend nights (Fri, Sat, Sunday 3x12s nights 1800-0630); no on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO); no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for PCTs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs and LVNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
