Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Knowledge of SPM & Robotics preferred; Acute Hospital OR, various surgical specialties including Ear/Nose/Throat, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Robotics, Transplant, Vascular, Dental, Trauma 3. Certifications: CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA required; Either specialty cert accepted 4. License: OR license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Friday-Tuesday, 8-hour shifts 2300-0730; Block schedules required; No on-call; No weekends required 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD); Must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between perm and travel; Must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; Locals accepted at lower rate; Must have vehicle 11. Background: Any hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; Completed pre-start and annually; Over 20 hours requires PM approval; Self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Any color (OR/L&D provided) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
