- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; minimum two years of work experience providing sterile processing responsibilities in a healthcare facility 2. Cases: Decontamination or staging of instruments; acute hospital OR experience 3. Certifications: National certification from CBSPD or IAHCSMM required; BLS/ACLS AHA traditional AHA required (does not accept RQI); copies required 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: Days 5x8s 2300-0730, Monday-Friday; block scheduling 8. RTO: Must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks); pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Accepts locals/same rates apply; candidates will float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 11.
