- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required; 1 year previous experience in Sterile Processing working in Surgery required 2. Cases: General instrumentation, house wide kits and trays, surgical trays, vendor tray process experience required; decontamination and tray assembly preferred 3. Certifications: CRCST or CBSPD required; CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, BLS, HSPA/IAHCSMM listed; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission 5. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required 6. EMR: Any charting system experience 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends/On call/Holidays required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers only; locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
