- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty 2. Cases: Must have experience with ERCP, EUS, bronchoscope, colonoscope, and EGD (hard stop requirements) 3. Certifications: BLS, HSPA/CRCST required; references required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Call required; PACU call policy specifies 1-hour response time, weekday call 8PM-6AM, weekend shifts 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM, 2-3 call shifts per 6-week schedule 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius for this specialty; locals not accepted; travel experience required 11. Background: Must disclose if previously worked at facility; no license hits accepted 12.
