- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers considered with strong skills/experience, minimum 2+ years (screen to manager) 2. Cases: Multispecialty surgeries performed in OR setting 3. Certifications: IAHCSMM/HSPA required; CPI Certificate required (Calm Every Storm online version only); BLS/ACLS/PALS AHA ONLY; NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Active MD or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Mids Monday-Friday (12:00-20:30); every other weekend 7a-7p on-call may be required; holidays required as scheduled 8.
