Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required 2. Cases: Decontamination (Drills, Davinci, scopes), sterilization process (sterrad and steam), HLD/Scope experience, sterile storage, OR liaison experience 3. Certifications: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission (for RNs) 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1st Shift 6a-2:30p Monday-Friday and occasional holidays; weekend shifts available 6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; may float between OSU locations; travel experience required 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14.
