Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• WA License
• 1 Year Experience
• BLS

Other Details:

• Common Equipment & Charting System: laptop/phone, EMR is Homecare Advisor and EPIC
• Average miles per day/week: Mileage variable, estimated 250 miles per week
