Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Health and 2 years overall experience as a clinician required 2. Cases: Home Health, Wound Care, Geriatric Home Health Patients 3. Certifications: BLS and CPR certification required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Current state license required with NO license hits; must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Kinnser/Wellsky; all charting must be done in clinic, CANNOT take home 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends required; no on-call required (discretionary only) 8. RTO: All RTO must be sent at time of submission; will not accept additional RTO after offered 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals accepted; may be asked to cover surrounding counties 11. Background: Will NOT accept hits on license 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers okay 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs allowed with closed toe shoes 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16. Special Equipment: Center provides tablet for charting Critical: Must have reliable transportation and insurance. OASIS experience preferred for OTs, RNs, and PTs. Must provide interview availability with submission. Contract length 4-6 months (less experienced clinicians must do 6 months non-negotiable). Minimum 23-24 visits per week required for 40-hour guarantee. Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard from first patient to last patient.
